Poverty Bay Blues Club is an incorporated club formed to promote, perform and educate people about Blues music.  The Poverty Bay Blues Club is also involved in the promotion of the International Jazz and Blues Fest with Billy TK and others following the huge Gisborne Rhythm & Vines Festival leading up to New Year's Day.
